At TrulyPure.pt, operated by TrulyForYou, Lda, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order.

The returned item must reach us within 14 days from the date you notified us.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags attached.

The item must not show any signs of use, damage, odors, or alteration.

Exchanges are subject to product availability (stock).
Non-Eligible Returns
If the returned product does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to:

Apply a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund will be processed within 8 business days, and no later than 14 days, as required by law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
